Duties & Responsibilities:
• Coordinate internal and external safety activities of Raya Airways as assigned by HoS.
• Liaise with HCD on administrative issues of those within the department.
• Liaison role for courses conducted by external vendor/consultant/trainer.
• Provide administrative support for the department.
• Ensure sufficient stocks on departmental stationery.
• Organise preparation for Monthly Safety Review meeting, Safety Action Group meeting and other meeting.
• Assist in preparing the yearly department budget and monitoring it through the year.
• Formulate annual plan and budget developments for sub-department to align with department-wide’s strategy including ensue budget adherence to the approved budget.
• Track operating progress and result against annual plan and KPIs to ensure targets are met.
• Develop action plans as needed.
• Identify innovations and continuous improvement initiatives and/or opportunities.
Job Requirements & Skills:
- In any related field, OR;
- Preferably within the aviation industry, OR;
- In any related field or relevant certifications in management are advantageous.
- Possess personal traits: Outgoing, fun and stunning personality, friendly, mature, humble, honest, meticulous; self-starter; able to perform under pressure in a challenging environment.
- Proficient in oral and written English and Bahasa Melayu and other languages are advantageous.
- Ability to maintain high confidentiality, tactful and discretion when dealing with people.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Good communication skills and Computer literacy.
